Angela Fink D.C.

A Ford City native, Dr. Angela studied at the University of Pittsburgh and has a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida. After living elsewhere, she realized ‘there’s no place like home,’ and she opened Mantini Chiropractic and Wellness Center in 2010.

In 2022, the practice name was changed to Elevate Health Chiropractic to embody our practice goals. Dr. Angela resides in Manor Township with her husband and three children, and enjoys outdoor adventures, unique travel, and time with her family dog, Lucky.

The Journey Into Chiropractic Care

After experiencing back pain at a young age, Dr. Angela sought out chiropractic care when traditional medicine failed to relieve symptoms. The benefits of the care she received inspired her to pursue a career in chiropractic. She has been able to make a huge impact in her community by helping thousands of people achieve relief through natural health solutions.

Ryan Thomas D.C.

Dr. Ryan attended Clarion University of Pennsylvania where he earned his undergraduate degree in biology and pre-chiropractic. He completed his chiropractic education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida in 2013 and became certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

He later completed further training in Graston Technique and is currently certified as an M-1 Graston practitioner. He continues his education by attending cutting edge seminars in corrective chiropractic, soft tissue rehabilitation, nutrition, and more. He is also a certified medical examiner to perform CDL/DOT physical exams for truck and school bus drivers.

Husband & Father

Dr. Ryan and his wife Emily reside in Butler, PA with their son Jack and 4 dogs. He spends a lot of time outdoors and often brings his dogs to Crooked Creek to walk. He also enjoys hiking and camping.

The Journey into Chiropractic Care

At the young age of 12, Dr. Ryan experienced a traumatic car accident and began to suffer with full body pain. After seeing a neurologist, he was advised to seek out chiropractic care, and this is where his true recovery began. He was compelled to follow chiropractic as his career path because he wanted to help others achieve excellent results and live life to the fullest.

Melissa Bender D.C.

A North Cambria County native, Dr. Melissa attended the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY.

Dr. Melissa was first introduced to chiropractic at the age of 16 when she was a student athlete in high school. She tried the typical medical routine that her fellow athletes were trying, but she ended up having no success. Her passion for the chiropractic profession sparked when chiropractic treatments not only got her out of pain but also enhanced her athletic performance and prevented injuries that others were experiencing.

When she started practicing chiropractic in January of 2022, her passion continued to grow as she discovered pediatric and family chiropractic. Her career has given her the opportunity to help hundreds of patients become and stay healthy in Western Pennsylvania. Dr. Melissa started at Elevate Health in 2025.

Dr. Melissa is an asset to our team with a genuine passion for helping families thrive using her focused expertise in prenatal, pediatric and adult chiropractic care. Her dedication is to support families through all stages of life from birth to 100 years old while promoting optimal health.

Bradley Hartzler, Licensed Acupuncturist, holds Master’s degrees in Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine and is nationally board-certified.
